After years in anticipation & establishment, basically it all started about seven years ago (roughly) two songs (Lightning Crashes by 'live' and Plush by 'Stone Temple Pilots') triggered three cousins to form a band. Hence, Silvergun Superman was born.
These are more of the stuff we listen to rather than being our "influences" (cause we don't think that we could possibly be good enough to sound like every band/artiste listed here) we try though ;)
Stone Temple Pilots, Deftones, Nirvana, Foo Fighters, Green Day, Tool, Massive Attack, Portishead, Sneaker Pimps, Mogwai, Alice in Chains, Sepultura, Soundgarden, Smashing Pumpkins, Garbage, Three Eleven, live, A Perfect Circle, Dave Matthews, U2, Radiohead, Pearl Jam, Frank Sinatra.
This year we were finally able to materialized our sound into one short compilation titled "Silvergun Superman - PLATYPUS (e.p). A Rock-Progressive-Grunge set with Contemporary touch, featuring tracks like "LIQUID" , "CURVE" & their debut bahasa track "Merah Hitam yang Putih".
This E.P would definitely be a fundamental preview of our up-coming full-length debut album. [Code-named "DKnTpWJ"]
